Design-Build is a streamlined approach where the design and construction are handled by a single team. By bringing both under one roof, we eliminate the communication gap between architects and builders. Do you offer design-only services?
Yes! While we love seeing a project through from start to finish, we are happy to provide professional blueprints and 3D renderings for clients who already have a builder. We work closely with you to perfect every detail so your plans are ready for a seamless construction phase elsewhere.
Where do you offer your services?
We are based in St. Marys, Ontario, and primarily serve clients throughout Perth County and the surrounding Southwestern Ontario regions.
What types of agricultural buildings do you specialize in?
We have extensive experience in high-end, custom agricultural structures. Our specialties include turn-key poultry facilities, dairy barns, livestock housing, and premium storage buildings. We also design and build “barndominiums” for clients looking for a blend of residential and rural utility.
